Wolters Kluwer's Governance, Risk & Compliance division is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Compliance Solutions team in St. Cloud, MN.

As the Project Coordinator you will be responsible for executing project plans under limited supervision of a resource, project or program manager, coordinating the day-to-day operational tasks (e.g., project schedules, project status reports, etc.) to ensure that the project team delivers the project outcomes within scope, schedule, and budget.
The Project Coordinator also supports the broader CCOE organization by on-boarding and off-boarding resources, documenting processes and procedures, and administering department tools/technology.
Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:
1. Project Management
Works at the direction of a resource, project or program manager.
Coordinates project scope, schedule, and budget.
Executes project plans
Coordinates day-to-day operational tasks (e.g., project schedules, project status reports, etc.)
Sets up project infrastructure (SharePoint team site, etc.)
Coordinates project meetings (scheduling, preparing the presentation deck, recapping)
Reviews deliverables (e.g., proposals, contracts, etc.) to ensure the appropriate WKFS-templates are utilized.
Prepares for projects reviews and quality assurance procedures.
Ensure project is meeting stakeholder needs
Risk mitigation execution at the direction of a project or program manager.
Ensures internal project documents/artifacts are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Utilize and stays current on best practices methodologies (e.g., customer experience, Project Management Institute)
Participates and documents post-project Lessons Learned Sessions/audits.
Conducts post project audits (internal and/or external)
Schedules escalated support output with project team.
2. Financial Management
Coordinates the project to meet budget expectations and reports project metrics.
Ensures team tracks and reports project hours appropriately.
Coordinates project budget (expense and revenue).
Determines appropriate revenue recognition
Analyzes project profitability, revenue, margins, and utilization.
Understands basic revenue models, P/L, and cost-to-completion projections and makes decisions accordingly.
Understands service pricing model and billing procedures.
Assures project contracts are completed and signed before work begins.
Contributes to reporting project, program or department metrics
3. Communication
Effectively communicates with team and stakeholders.
Facilitates team and customer meetings effectively.
Holds regular status meetings with project team.
Keeps project team well informed of changes within the organization and general corporate news that affect the project.
Prepares and effectively communicates relevant project status information to stakeholders.
Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.
Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
4. Business Development
Possesses a thorough understanding of the project and related services.
Participates in proposal efforts including completing project scoping.
Effectively conveys WKFS message in both written and verbal business development discussions.
Participates continuous improvement of the service
5. Technical Understanding
Possess a general understanding of WKFS products/services and a more in depth knowledge of CCOE supported products
Possesses a thorough understanding of CCOE capabilities.
Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on CCOE initiatives
Fundamental understanding of products/services within the project
6. Internal Operations
Documents project processes while suggesting continuous improvements/solutions.
Participates in internal teams/task forces (e.g., OpEx initiatives)
Complies with WKFS policies and procedures.
Changepoint
oAdministers new user set up at the direction of the Changepoint Administrator(s)
oEnters bonus badge hours for projects
On-boards and off-board employees and contractors at the direction of the hiring manager
Maintains an inventory of all tools and user guides for CCOE
7. Leadership

Qualifications: Minimum
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Technical field (such as Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Management, Marketing, or related discipline) or equivalent.
Experience:
2 years' experience in coordinating multiple projects: software product development, implementation or marketing.
Subject matter familiarity with financial compliance, documents, and transaction processing, as well as WKFS products is highly desired
2 years' experience in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
1 year experience with SAP preferred
Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications: (First list requirements, followed by preferences.)
Strong preference for a candidate with professional certification (CAPM) and active participation in professional societies such as a PMI chapter or desire to achieve certification.
