## Job Description
Develop and implement computer-based training programs that are required by regulatory agencies and organizational initiatives. Collaborate effectively with the content experts to ensure the content is authored in a best learning approach using concise, clear and accurate means, while promoting a continual learning environment enabling a culture of competency and capability. Responsible for Learning Management System administration. Assists with simulation experiences and/or media and audiovisual needs in department and organization. Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate. Supports and demonstrates Patient-Family Centered Care principles when interacting with patients, their families and co-workers. Implements and abides by Customer Service Standards.
EDUCATION
Post-Secondary education in related field or equivalent experience required. Bachelors Degree preferred in Education; Adult Education & Distance Learning; e-Learning: Technology & Design; Computer Science; Business Computer Information Systems; Computer Programming; or related specialties.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of two years experience in development of computer based education preferably using Articulate Storyline & Studio, Toolbook, Captivate and Sony Sound Forge; or experience with Pathlore or other major Learning Management System required. Experience with Microsoft SQL Reporting Services (MSSRS) required. Experience with HTTP and Visual Basic programming required. Experience in training and program development with emphasis on adult learning preferred. Focus is placed on education/training experience with curriculum identification and organizational skills. Experience with audio visual and/or media equipment preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate a number of program components is necessary. Ability to work with a variety of staff and leadership styles is essential.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
A valid Minnesota drivers license, a driving record in good standing and the minimum amount of insurance liability coverage is required.

Schedule: 80 hrs/pp; 7:30a-4p Vary due to needEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
