## Job Description
Provides patient and family centered care through The Compass: St Cloud Hospitals Nursing Professional Practice Model to achieve the hospital mission of improving the health and quality of life that reflects the healing mission of Jesus. Age appropriate care is provided to patients and families. Implements and abides by Customer Service Standards for a superior patient experience. Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate.
EDUCATIONGraduate from an accredited school of nursing required. Baccalaureate or Masters in Nursing preferred.
EXPERIENCEKnowledge of nursing principles, policies, procedures, and hospital ethics. Previous experience in nursing preferred.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTSCurrent licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Minnesota required. Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required prior to completion of unit orientation. IV Therapy Certification and Technique required. National Certification in either Med/Surg, Gerontology, Orthopedics, Neurology, or Rehab required by August 31, 2015 or within 5 years of start date if hired after March 1, 2011.
Salary: Minimum ADN $29.29 BSN $30.37 MSN $31.36

Schedule: 40-56 hrs/pp; 7a-3:30p & 3p-11:30p; e/o wknd; rot hldysEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
