EDUCATION
Graduate from a nursing programrequired. Baccalaureate or Masters in Nursingpreferred. Aminimumof a Baccalaureate degree in Nursingmust be obtained within five years for those hired into an RN position on or after May 1, 2014.
EXPERIENCE
Knowledge of nursing standards, policies, procedures, and ethics required. Previous experience in nursing preferred.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Minnesotarequired. Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider cardrequired prior to completion of unit orientation.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)required(with the exception of casual staff)or obtained within 36 months; required prior to obtaining code blue competency if hired after 7/1/2012. Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certificationpreferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
