LEVEL I HELP DESK/TECH SUPPORT PERSON needed for long term contract near St. Cloud area
Work hours 9:30-6pm
Qualifications and skills needed:
RECENT two years of experience in technical support in: computing, problem solving, and/or troubleshooting;
Expert knowledge of email, instant messaging and computer telephony integrated applications;
Help Desk and/or Call Center software experience (such as RightNow and Cisco Call Center);
Knowledge of current network and desktop operating systems;
Ability to write technical/user documentation
Any combination of post-secondary education in Business, Information Technology or related IT field
Outstanding communication skills necessary as well as ability to communicate technical concepts to non-techncial callers
PREFERENCE GIVEN TO CANDIDATES WITH ANY TYPE EXPERIENCE IN

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
