Core Responsibilities (Tasks) of the Position:
o Assist with the daily document processes; ensuring preparation distribution, and completion of daily incoming customer's deposits, correspondence and related documents
o Ensure adequate departmental processes, properly staffed workstations and workflow item management to achieve same day processing
o Participate in various departmental projects and responsibilities
o Establish and ensure compliance with departmental standards and processes in increase production and accommodate work volumes toward enhances client satisfaction
o Establish and manage communication channels within and among departments for continuous improvement for internal and external clients
o Provide input to Sr. Associate and Associate related to employee items
o Organize and track team's training schedule for skills and knowledge development
o Assist with achieving and maintaining departmental competencies and objectives
o Monitor the handling of incoming deliveries and "express" package to ensure prompt attention
o Assist with the development and maintenance of theDocumentProcessingCenterpolicies, procedures and flow charts in order to remain current
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office
High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification or Military Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
2-3 years related experience
1 year supervisory experience
Post-secondary education preferably in Business Administration, Finance or E-commerce
Banking and core deposit products

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
