Responsibilities Include: Reduce and deter external loss through means of walking the floor, monitoring CCTV, identifying potential shoplifters and developing positive work relationships with local and state agencies. Reduce and deter internal loss through means of walking the floor, monitoring CCTV, auditing and reviewing a variety of exception reports and commission cards. Will assist the leadership team in enforcing all policies and procedures. Create a safe working and shopping environment by completing daily/weekly/monthly safety and hazard walk-throughs. Complete other duties that may be assigned by supervisor, as needed. Requirements: Scheels is looking for hardworking, self motivated individuals to apply for our Loss Prevention Department. Qualifications for the position include: 20 hours a week, evening shifts during the week, every other weekend and rotating holidays. Highly self motivated, individual must have highest sense of integrity.
