The Fraud Operations Quality and Control Coach is responsible for direct supervision of the Fraud Operations Quality Team. The Q & C Coach plays a critical role in ensuring Fraud Operation processes remain compliant in this every changing regulatory environment. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who is motivated, well organized and able to communicate across sites and across departments.
Responsibilities Include:
- Associate development and feedback via 10:10 and monthly performance review sessions
- Develop and initiate standard and methods for evaluation
- Use appropriate communication channels in order to report to department performance to upper management
- Procedure review/approval
- Facilitate team meetings
- Interview and select potential new hires
- Lead monthly quality calibrations
- Project Coordination
- Organize and lead remediation efforts
- Maintain and develop process controls to ensure regulatory requirements are met
- Communicate across business lines in order to accomplish department goals
- Complete and provide the appropriate documentation for quarterly and annual process testing
- Remain up to date on regulatory and compliance requirements
- Proactively communicate any identified findings to the appropriate business line and leadership
- Early Warning Services (EWS) Disputes
Qualifications:
Basic
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, Equivalent Certification or Military experience
- 2 or more years of experience as a people manager
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 or more years of experience as a people manager
- Excellent Communication skills (Verbal and Written)
- Strong attention to detail
- Understanding of banking or financial business operations and systems
- Strong understanding of both Fraud Prevention and Fraud Investigations processes
