The purpose of this position is to provide support to the Research and Development department and the research activities carried in the test kitchen.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1 . Assist in the preparation of product samples and new product prototypes as directed by the R&D; Specialist which includes marinating, injecting, batter/breading etc.
2. Assist in the execution of sensory tests.
3. Cook/prepare product prototypes for new product showings, evaluations and presentations.
4. Assist gathering quantitative data and measurements such as yield
5. Assist with on-going organization and general keeping of the test kitchen.
EXPECTATIONS for ALL TEAM MEMBERS:
Observe & enforce all company personnel, quality, safety, and food safety policies.
1. Maintains a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you work effectively and cooperatively with customers, clients, coworkers, and leadership teams.
2. Participates in process improvement and problem solving utilizing continuous improvement and rational thinking methodologies such as Six Sigma, and participates in or supports the E$P program.
3. Recognizes and acts on incidents and safety risks. Consistently practices, and enforces safe work habits and drives those habits throughout the organization.
Must enjoy working with food and open to a variety of smells, flavors and textures of food.
Have a creative and open mind set with regards to food.
Good mathematical skills (will train on basic formula calculations).
Basic

skills (data entry)
Working knowledge of GNP products and processes is a plus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
