The ideal candidate will have expertise in various maintenance tasks and possess strong leadership qualities.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work orders in a timely fashion - Perform routine preventative maintenance - Complete monthly turnovers - Oversee work completed by outside contractors - Participate in a rotating on-call schedule
Qualifications:
