Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations.
The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for managing inventory control, coordinating shipping and receiving activities, and ensuring the efficient operation of our distribution center.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of warehouse management.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and enforcing compliance with company policies and safety regulations to ensure the safety of all warehouse employees - Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment - Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all warehouse operations - Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse processes and improve productivity - Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to maintain accurate stock records - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery - Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment - Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field preferred - Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role - Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control practices - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures and best practices - Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting Company History:
