30pm No evenings, weekends, or holidays Responsible for providing overall support and coordination for the Child Advocacy Center (CAC).
Supporting the Supervisor and the entire clinic to help ensure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.
Utilizes Microsoft Office, presentation software, database management and available software packages.
Responsible for Clinic Coordination for the Child Advocacy Center.
Summary:
Assist with the management of daily operational tasks.
Perform various administrative tasks.
Manage office supplies and orders supplies when more are needed.
Schedule and coordinate cases, meetings, and other appointments.
Foster good working relationships with members of the multidisciplinary team and other community members.
Supervise minor patients and their siblings in the waiting rooms while they are at the CAC.
Create and compile marketings for the CAC's social media outreach.
Maintain and organize CAC's master calendar.
Track cases and enter data into computerized system.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
1 year minimum of general office experience.
Post High School Degree Administrative experience preferred.
Experience in a medical office or hospital setting preferred.
Experience in Microsoft Office software packages, i.
e.
Word, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint and Excel.
Good communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
Good time management and prioritization abilities.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
