As a Garden Associate, you will play a key role collaborating with the Garden Supervisor to elevate the aesthetic and health of our estate properties.
Responsibilities Ensure grounds are manicured regularly by weeding, mulching, pruning, watering, fertilizing and planting.
Maintain water features, fountains, and sculptures ensuring they are clean and working properly.
Execute effective watering, feeding schedules; monitor for disease and pests; apply control measures as needed to maintain plant health.
Understand client needs/preferences; tailor landscape maintenance accordingly while maintaining excellent communication with staff/leadership.
Requirements Eager to learn.
Knowledge in horticulture or related field preferred Experience in landscaping/gardening Strong communication skills Ability to work in all kinds of weather.
This role is physically demanding and requires attention to detail.
Safety & Compliance Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols/legal regulations.
