We are a beautiful store that can outfit all your bridal, prom, Quincea era, formal, and little girl's princess needs! We need girls that are driven, passionate about sales, and most importantly passionate about FASHION! JUST COME TO STORE FOR INTERVIEW, WILL NOT BE REPLYING TO INDEED MESSAGES Duties - Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs (knowledge of american culture/school dances would be nice) - Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, help fit and dress brides and women/girls - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, use POS system - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed - Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis Qualifications - MINIMUM 1 YEAR SALES EXPERIENCE, BRIDAL EXPERIENCE ALSO PREFERRED !! please girls only - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers simultaneously - Cash handling experience is preferred If you are passionate about sales, enjoy working with customers, and have the ability to communicate effectively, then this Sales Associate position is perfect for you.
