Flexible Work Schedule Competitive Pay Pay $15-17 per hour o Payratebasedonqualificationsandexperience Part-Time, Seasonal, Not Benefit Eligible Lake George Municipal Complex Hours Monday-Friday 8 am-4:
30 pm Work anywhere from 20-30 hours weekly! Typical Duties Performed Greet guests and customers, establishing positive public relations and knowledge of the facility and department to answer any questions.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Collect payment and registrations for programs, events, and facility rentals.
Accurately handle all cash transactions and accurately record items sold.
Enforce all facility rules and policies.
Ensure the safety of all patrons by preventing and responding to emergencies.
Accurately report and record data.
Operate copier, fax, and scanner system.
Complete any necessary records and reports on attendance, receipts, accidents,and/or incidents.
Light cleaning of the facility as needed.
Open and close the facility safely and securely.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications What is needed to apply for this job? Job seekers should be age 18 or older Knowledge of accurate cash handling and receipts Ability to be flexible, punctual, and highly responsible Ability to complete tasks without direct supervision Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to work effectively with a wide range of ages in a diverse community Ability to lift/move 25 pounds Ability to sit for periods of time (with reasonable breaks) You May Be a Great Fit if You Have:
