We are currently hiring in our Employment Services programs for part time Job Coach positions in all of our locations.
These positions are responsible for supporting individuals on the job and helping them maintain and grow in their positions.
You will be a teacher, trainer and cheer leader to each person we serve.
Starting wage is $20 per hour with a $5 shift differential if your position includes nights or weekends.
We also have an additional $5 differential added to any shift picked up for a call in or urgent need.
Qualifications include:
A High School diploma or GED equivalent, valid MN Driver's License with a clean driving record and the ability to pass a Background ground study.
We welcome and appreciate experience and higher education but are willing to train any individual with a desire to work in our industry.
The current available positions are as follows:
1.
Location:
St.
Cloud, MN Positions:
2 part time job coaches.
Supporting 1 individual in a cleaning position.
This individual works full time and we will be job sharing between 2 job coaches to cover the hours.
This shift is day hours, 8-4:
30 and could be 1 or 2 weekends per month depending on your availability.

2 Float / Subs These positions will fill in the schedule as needed to cover for vacations etc.
This is a flexible position, and we will work around the availability you give us.
