Do you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service? If so, INH Properties is looking for a Full-Time Community Manager to join our team in the St Cloud/Sauk Rapids area.
Key
Responsibilities:
Understand property management standards, including Fair Housing laws and Tenant/Landlord rights.
Maintain maximum occupancy with lease renewals and new prospects.
Maintain positive tenant relations Proactively manage tenant's complaints and resolve issues.
Manage maintenance and turnover schedules between vendors and tenants.
Office administration duties including, maintaining accurate records of tenant information, leases, rent collection and enforcement of community policies.
Setting appointments and conduct showings Past due rent collections in accordance with company processes.
Required
Qualifications:
Minimum of high school diploma Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Microsoft Office knowledge Detail Oriented Self-Motivated On call rotation for after hours and weekends Experience with Yardi Voyager preferred, but not required.
On-site living preferred but not required.
