Seeking a highly motivated Assistant Bookkeeper for our busy St.
Cloud Headquarters.
This position is responsible to provide to the accountant by performing basic accounting duties in the daily coordination, organization, computation, recording and reporting of financial transactions.
Experience with multi-tasking, cheerfully handling interruptions and exceptional organizational skills are a must.
Duties including but not limited to:
Accounts Payable; Enter vendor invoices Resolve discrepancies with vendors/suppliers as needed Accounts Receivable; posting and reconciling daily receipts Invoicing daily to customers, process monthly statements and monitor client accounts Special projects as requested by the accountant Admin office duties as needed Must be willing to embrace new challenges with enthusiasm Requirements:
Three years bookkeeping experience in a busy office setting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word.
Knowledgeable using a multi-line phone system, computer, printer/copier/fax machine.
Strong Attention to Detail with High Accuracy- dependability is a must.
Must be Self-Motivated, able to work independently to insure smooth operation of daily accounting tasks.
Ability to Multi-Task with a positive attitude through interruptions Professional interaction with customers, vendors, and co-workers Pre-Employment Drug Test Required Benefit Conditions:
