Summary:
The Behavioral Health Clinic/Hope Receptionist/Administrative Assistant is responsible for high-level administrative support work including front desk coverage and answering phone calls at North Campus, creation and retention of confidential documents, assisting with collection of co-pays and self-pay balances to collect toward client billings.
Major
Responsibilities:
1) Administrative and Clerical Support.
Manages client records including sending out and uploading fax correspondence at therapists' and MHP's request.
Maintains therapists' schedules for the Behavioral Health Clinic in CareLogic and/or Outlook and monitors MHP's CareLogic as needed for confirmation of appointments and client communication when needed.
Assists Clinical Director by assigning and maintaining Peer Review files and aids in annual CQI reporting 2) Completes Receptionist Duties for Catholic Charities North Campus Answers all incoming calls for the Catholic Charities main telephone line by providing general information for inquiries and/or directing calls to the appropriate staff person Schedules clients via phone and in-person Greets all visitors to the North Campus building and notifies staff of guests' arrival Manages room schedule communications, including posting for conference rooms.
Orders all office and kitchen supplies for North Campus.
3) Document Transcription.
Transcribes correspondence and other items as directed.
Prepares a variety of statistical reports for internal departments, as well as annual reports and grant applications.
Types legal documents, evaluations, forms, bulletins, and correspondence Enters data into various computer programs and produces reports, letters, and certificates 4) Annual Program Statistic Processing and Collection Obtains data and maintains various databases of statistical data Summarizes program evaluation surveys; compiles and reports results of program surveys Collaborates with IT to upload PHQ-9 assessments to the state of MN Completes any other additional duties as assigned by supervisor Job
Qualifications:
Education:
Two (2) years post-high school required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Job-related
Experience:
Two (2) years of administrative work Additional knowledge, skills, and abilities required:
Knowledge of electronic health records system (such as CareLogic) is preferred.
Hours:
Monday-Thursday 8:
00am-4:
30pm and Friday 8:
00am-12:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
