This is a full-time position, working 80 hours every two weeks, Monday-Friday day shifts.
This position will support Trauma, General Surgery, Wound, Urology and Weight Management withing the River Campus Clinic and St.
Cloud Hospital.
This is a hybrid position with potential to work from home.

Summary:
The Administrative Assistant provides proactive administrative support to Directors in the Surgery Section and CentraCare staff within the clinic and hospital of the Trauma, General Surgery, Wound, Urology and Weight Management departments.
As an Administrative Assistant II you will actively manage projects as assigned and will be responsible for orientation prep for physicians and APP's.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
2 years or more experience in an Administrative Assistant position required.
Healthcare experience is preferred.
Possess the ability to accurately record meeting minutes.
Possess the ability to accurately type at an efficient rate.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and advanced knowledge of Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Ability to be flexible and responsive to frequent work schedule changes to include number of hours of work per day, starting and ending times and short notice work schedule changes.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
