A level of strength and comfort with computers and related technology (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel) Proficient in spelling, proofreading, and the use of proper grammar Proficient in math and units of measurement Positive attitude and willingness to work as a team Able to work in a fast pace, high pressure environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and staff Organization, prioritization, and time management skills Eagerness to work and learn, and comfortably handling a variety of responsibilities as they arise Duties and
Responsibilities:
Heavy communication with customer and sales reps via phone and email Gather and organize order details from customers and sales reps Customer education of products, services, and processes Issue identification, troubleshooting, and problem resolution Must thrive in a deadline-driven work environment Excellent time-management skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work Detailed oriented Exceptional people skills Ability to ensure a positive ordering experience for all customers Issue identification, troubleshooting, and problem resolution Excellent phone etiquette, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Job Type:
