Hourly paid bi-weekly (non-exempt), pay rate based on qualifications ($22 to $26/hour) Anticipated scheduled hours per week:
M-F 8:
30am to 5pm JOB DETAILS ENVIROTECH HR SUPPORT Partner with the HR team to create job postings Utilize creative methods to source hard-to-fill positions Maintain database of potential candidates Utilize Applicant Tracking System to maintain job postings Initiate contact with qualified candidates for specific job openings Arrange and conduct candidate phone, virtual, and/or on-site interviews Perform pre-employment screening processes Conduct new hire orientations Conduct post-hire vetting for employees to work at client locations Generate and maintain metrics / data on full-cycle recruiting process, for internal and compliance purposes Manage social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts to promote services, job opportunities, and engage with customers and job seekers REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES High school diploma or equivalent Bilingual in Spanish required, other languages a plus Previous experience in a HR setting or recruiting role required Intermediate to advanced skills in Applicant Tracking programs and Microsoft Office Suite Exceptional skill in social media writing APPLY HERE:
