Job DescriptionFind your purpose as a Nursing Assistant! Support the Medical Oncology Clinic at the Coborn Cancer Center by performing delegated patient care and non-patient care tasks.
Responsible for assisting patient care team in the treatment and care of patients.
This position is full-time with 72 hours per two weeks working Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm.
No weekends, holidays, or on-call! Here are some of the ways you'll serve those we are for:
Monitoring and sharing vitals.
Clean and set up rooms between patients.
Promote comfort, and express compassion and empathy.
Responsible for assisting with the needs and comfort of patients to include hygiene, activity, nutrition, and treatments.
Qualifications:
Proof of successful completion of a Nursing Assistant training program, or experience as a Nursing Assistant (NA), Patient Care Assistant, or Health/Hospice Aide required.
Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider preferred.
