- Provide direct care and support to individuals with mental health disorders - Assist in the implementation of treatment plans under the supervision of Supervisor - Monitor and document patient behavior and progress - Administer with medication refills and medication reminders as prescribed, following proper protocols - Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and modify treatment plans - Provide counseling and support - Utilize various therapy techniques to promote self-expression and emotional healing Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a mental health setting is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines - Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team Note:
