Providing support on a wide range of applications used throughout the company.
Providing support for sales and delivery devices.
Approximately 4 hours/day M/F.
Duties and Responsibilities Acting as software support to the entire company, providing technical assistance to all staff Responding to user requests for service and determining nature and extent of support needed Assisting in hardware/software upgrades to existing computer equipment as needed Investigating error messages and determining resolution Investigating appropriate areas of potential problems and determining resolutions Other tasks as assigned Experience General software and PC hardware experience Microsoft Office experience High School Education or equivalent required Advancement opportunities are offered to successful employees.
