The purpose of this role is to assist office functions, but above all else you will be the first point of contact for patients.
In addition to interpersonal skills, the ideal candidate be able to demonstrate competency in computer use, which includes learning our electronic health records, scheduling patients, and checking patients in/out.
The patient care coordinator will also do some pretesting for the doctor before the exam starts.
Again, this person will be friendly and courteous toward all patients in the office.
