Cloud office.
The successful candidate will be a team player comfortable working in a fast paced, customer service environment.
Basic accounting, math and computer skills are necessary.
Duties and Responsibilities Assisting customers and employees by answering questions via e-mail, phone, fax and in person.
Use of computer, copier, fax, and multi-line phone system.
Entering data using computer for inventory control, account maintenance, and generating invoices.
Reconciling daily route collections and prepare bank deposits.
Complete accounts payable and accounts receivable paperwork.
Complete inventory and purchase order transactions.
Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Ideal candidates will have proficiency with computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite and ERP platforms, and have the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
