Supervisor Gutter Installation Essential Functions & Duties Fabricating and installing gutter, downspouts and work other trades in accordance with established company-wide procedures and practices.
This is a hands-on working role.
Review job documentation including contract, installation drawings, and work orders prior to installation of every job.
Notify customer of arrival at jobsite and conducts pre-installation review and walk-around with customers.
Conducts inspections of completed installation to assure conformance to job documents and approved installation practices, and assure that all work is completed, tolls are returned to vehicle and jobsite is cleared of installation debris and tear-off material.
Notify customer when job is complete and conducts a final walk-around with customer, noting any service that might be needed.
Train and coach of the Gutter Installation Technicians in all aspects of the job duties.
Supervisor Gutter Installation Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED Minimum of two years construction worksite experience Experience with Gutter Installation practices preferred Must possess a valid drivers license Benefits & Compensation:
