Job Description Human Resources Manager SUMMARY OF DUTIES The primary responsibilities of this position include overall management of Human Resources policies, programs and practices. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provides guidance and coaching to supervisors on handling employee issues Assures the confidentiality of employee information and oversees the completion and maintenance of personnel-related recordkeeping Provides daily supervision to employees in the Human Resources Department Develops and administers recruitment programs and resources Analyzes employee related data and makes recommendations on issues related to turnover and employee satisfaction Identifies training and employee development needs. Develops training curriculum and coordinates training programs throughout the organization Assists Risk and Compliance Manager in the development and training of safety related policies and practices Manages workers compensation claims inclusive of coordination of return to work programs, participation in legal proceedings, and claim file management Manages employee benefit programs, oversees related administration and reconciliation processes, analyzes benefit offerings making recommendations to ownership for cost containment and effectiveness Assures compliance with Federal and State regulations pertaining to Human Resources Facilitates communication throughout the organization including written policies, verbal presentations, and organizational changes Monitors performance review processes Proposes, publishes and administers Human Resource policies Participates in safety related committees including but not limited to:
Safety Committee, Driver's Safety Committee, and Management Review Participates in training and continued learning as required Performs other duties as assigned MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelors Degree or equivalent required. Requires 5
years of experience in the Human Resources field with management responsibility KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS General knowledge of the principles and practices of Human Resources administration Ability to develop long-term plans and programs and to evaluate their effectiveness Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, employees and the general public Ability to present facts and recommendations effectively in oral and written form We offer a competitive compensation package inclusive of:

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
HR ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
